Globalisation and Jurisdiction

Ever since there have been international economic relations, the law has developed to shape them; changes in law have sometimes even preceded and thus fostered international economic interchanges. The spectacular growth of the global economy in recent years has called for a more intensive role for the law and may result in a different kind of law.
