The Measure of International Law: Effectiveness, Fairness and Validity

Presenting the 2002 proceedings of the Canadian Council on International Law's annual conference, this volume contains 24 papers and the summaries of a number of panel discussions, all addressing themes of the assessment of international law. Among the topics addressed are the effectiveness of NAFTA
