Karger Publishers in Basel, Switzerland, is a globally active medical and scientific publishing company. S. Karger AG consists of the publishing company Karger Publishers (est. 1890), the International Subscription Agency Karger Libri (est. 1960) as well as the Basel bookstore Karger Libri (est. 1967). CEO Gabriella Karger is leading the publishing company and S. Karger AG, while her father Thomas Karger is chairman of the company's board of administration.
